What To Expect

Mackinac Bridge

Take a trip under the Mackinac Bridge aboard Ugly Anne (an authentic North Atlantic wooden lobster boat from the Gulf of Maine). Information will be given by a local guide about the over 80 shipwrecks, building of the Mackinac Bridge and the car ferries that traversed the Straits for over 100 years. See Fort Michilimackinac and Old Mackinac Point Lighthouse from the water. Enjoy the cruise with historic video footage, live narration from natives to the Northern Great Lakes region, while traveling under the Mackinac Bridge. Questions are encouraged while on the tour.

We couldn’t retrieve or either got tickets. Not one company had that cruises or anything similar kind of cruise!! We called all cruise companies. Summary we never got to do this. Wasted $52 (??) !!! Would appreciate a refund!

Hello I am not really sure how to respond to this review. I am thinking it is for another company as we do not have a Mackinac island bridge cruise. If this is for one of our cruises if we had to cancel a cruise due to weather you would have received a refund. If you didn’t show up for the cruise and we did go out, unfortunately we would not be able to refund. This was wonderful! Seeing the bridge from a different angle was very cool. The captain and his daughter were very friendly and helpful. The historical narration was amazing. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful! I highly recommend this boat tour. It was very fun, relaxing, and informative. It is an hour and it is really fun to see the underside of the bridge. I really appreciated the recorded informational audio! It was clear, spoken at a good pace and the information was so interesting and wasnt overloaded with too much info. They sell some beer, wine, soda on board.
