We had a great time. Wax figures look young, but still great pictures and experience. We got the package that included lunch/dinner at Hard Rock, that was awesome as well. You have to choose from a selection but the selection was good and very filling. Great experience!!

The Madame Tussauds visit was stellar. The wax figures are superbly done, and being able to get close to them without barriers is a great experience. The combined lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe needs some organizational help however. Ideally, the guest would be asked upon arrival at Madame Tussauds to specify a time to reserve a table at the Hard Rock Cafe. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the Hard Rock Cafe, we were informed it would be a one hour wait. Rather than waiting, I checked OpenTable.com (which the Hard Rock Cafe is on), and was able to reserve a table that was available in 20 minutes. So all worked out but tour guests should not be treated less well than a normal restaurant guest.
