We went because it was included with the NY pass, it was a waste of time for us. Long line, crowded and hot inside. Very long line to watch the movie that was nothing special.

Hello Frankkids , Thank you for taking time out to give us your feedback. We get a lot of people come in because they have the NY pass and for the most part they are pleasantly surprised because they did not plan to come in. Unfortunately the week of the 4th of July is one of our busiest times with all of the Tourist in the city to watch the Macy's fireworks. And when there is lots of people , there are always lines. I will pass this on to my Operations manager , he is always looking to improve our crowd control and again thank you for your review Madame Tussauds NY

We only went here as was included in our New York Pass, however I'm glad we did as had great fun. I want to visit more madame tussauds now!

Historical and Entertainment related areas were the best. There should be more waxworks in sports areas
