I visit today the Madame Tussauds at Orlando Icon Park. I came all the way from Venezuela to spend family vacations. I enter the atraction at 5:34 PM (order 613122629). My two Kids were enjoing and taking pictures with all the wax figures, but suddenly at the middle of the Journey I noticed that the lights of the passing sets strated the went off, it was dark and my Kids got very scared. By the time we were at the Shawn Mendez set, a lady started telling us that they were closing. A minute later another lady in a very rud way start kikcking us out, since my Kids does not speak english they started getting ansius because they wanted more pictures and the lady was very close to us and waving her hands heavily. I told her that when we bought the tickets nobody told us that we have such a short time. And the answer was that I could bought another ticket in another time and show up earlier (like it was my fault). Finally two more peole showed up and push us all the way and closed the fence in our faces. My Kids end up crying because they had been waiting for a long time to come to Orlando ans see the museum. We are very dissapointing at the customer service, we do not live in the country and Orlando is suppouse to be a tourist state, so I dont understand why they could not be niecer and give us another 15 minutes to finsih the tour inside the atraction since we were the Last group to get in. I strongly recomend the mananaging to review your staff a hire People that invite tourist to come back and also recomend the atraction to other People.

It's cool but only worth the cost of admission if you can bundle it with something else. We used the Go Orlando pass for admission, so it was worth it for us. The figures are very life-like and it was fun being able to take pictures with all of them. Masks are required (awesome) and lots of hand sanitizing stations.

Unforgettable experience. The wax figures were amazing. I’m still sharing my visit with friends. Love the photo booklet with pictures which we purchased. Made it much more memorable. Thank you
