We DID NOT get a carriage ride from Top Hat. There were at least THREE groups who had signed up and paid for a carriage ride with this same vendor. No one showed up for any of us! We ended up paying for a completely new carriage ride with another carriage, as it was our farewell activity for our NYC trip with our 10 year old granddaughter. Never again! I have used Viator before with great results, but they clearly are not on top of what is happening with this particular tour. This is a SCAM, don’t fall for it!!

This was ridiculous. There was no one from Top Hat there and other people were trying to cover the many people who had reservations. Total waste of money because the Magical Night Time through CP and Rockefeller Center doesn’t exists. The people who were attempting to make sure people got their rides did a “long route” through Central Park which has no Christmas lights whatsoever. Extremely disappointed and will not book anything through Trip advisor again. My child was so disappointed.
