SAVE YOUR MONEY! PLEASE READ this before you fall for the scam!! I booked this initially as the Maid of the Mist boat ride, we wanted to be sure we would get a spot; having never been to Niagara Falls before I solely relied on TripAdvisor for information and reviews etc. I didn’t bother looking into it elsewhere (MY mistake!) The company called me the day before our reservation to confirm it and ask if we wanted to upgrade our boat ride with a guided walking tour of the Falls followed up with a “skip the lines” “with our own unique time to enter” pass to experience the Cave of the Winds (at a “DEAL” of a discounted rate-ONLY an additional $180 🤦🏼‍♀️😳 for 4 people, to group them together and they added on trolley wristbands…again MY mistake for not researching further!) What a joke! The tour guide told the same stories you hear on the trolley, and in the cave, he skipped some of the stops on the walking tour because we had already seen some of them on our own the day before… then handed us our “express” passes for the cave and a QR code came to my phone for the boat and then sent us on our way…which by the way you do NOT skip any lines at the cave except standing in the 1st line to purchase a ticket. You still wait for at least 30 minutes to get on the elevator!! The trolley was a “bonus” they included at “no” charge (it’s only $3/person for an all day wristband)… and the tour guide had the audacity to ask for a tip! This company charges $54+/person! And my 12 year old had to be counted as an adult. If you purchase on your own, the tickets are $25.25/adult $14.75/12 and under for the boat, and $19/adult $16/12 and under for the Cave…with the boat departing every like 8 minutes. So you WILL get a spot! It should be ILLEGAL for this “tour” company to prey on tourists and intervene the booking process and gauge the prices to over DOUBLE per ticket!! I want a refund!

Tour was great, the maid of the mist is incredible and definitely seems to be the best way to see the falls and the cave of the winds let's you get so up close its amazing!
