We accidently found this tour group and OMG, they were amazing! Nick, the owner, made sure we got a tour at the time we wanted. We met our tour guide, Darin, at the arch (on time!). It was obvious that he was going to be a tour guide our family will remember. Energetic, lively, great information and gave us great tips to make the most of our day at the falls. It is 7 hours after our tour and my family is still discussing facts we learned and talking about how cool Darin was! Thanks Nick for your help & Darin, thanks for making our trip extra special!!

This review is for the Maid of the Mist boat ride. You don't need to pay extra for a tour. Both Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds can be purchased separately at The Niagara Falls State Park. Parking is $10 and each attraction is about $25 per person. Once you purchase your ticket you you will cross a bridge to the observation tower where you'll take an elevator down to the boat. You will probably be with many other people as you wait in line...moving closer and closer to your destinations. There is so much beauty to see around you, the wait doesn't seem too long. We went on a Wednesday afternoon in summer so fairly crowded. Getting so close to the falls was a powerful experience. This is Niagara Falls!
