Billy was a wonderful guide! Personable, knowledgeable, and tentative to our small group of 4. This is definitely the way to tour the Falls! Thank you Billy and our new friends from Ohio! Cave of the Winds was awesome! Maide of the Mist was breathtaking. With the foliage and temperatures at a perfect peak, October is a great time to take this trip. Hardly anyone here and we had “0” wait time. I would definitely recommend spending two days checking everything out. Do yourself a favor and book this tour!

This is a perfect tour for first time visitors to see the falls! My boyfriend and I went on this tour on a Monday and were lucky enough to be the only group in our time-frame so it was like a personal tour for us! Our guide was Billy, he was super informative and nice and even offered to take pictures of us at the falls. He gave us a lot of freedom to roam around. The tour mainly consisted of him walking us to both viewing points of the falls. At the end of the tour he gave us our tickets for the Cave of the Wind entry, the wristband to use the Trolley, and then texted me our voucher for the Maid of the Mist boat tour. So really this package includes everything you can do at the park but the guided part is only about an hour long. And then you have the freedom to use the trolley and go on the boat tour whenever you want that day. The cave of the winds tickets did have a timestamp of when we had to be there though. This package really did wrap up everything really nicely and i think the price is worth it! Everything that was stated to be included in the tour was included!

Over all, this is a great tour. Like some many things the current pandemic has affected the availability of guaranteed entrance. Even if you have vouchers, you are not guaranteed entrance. Arrive early for Maid of the Mist because it reaches daily capacity extremely fast. Our specific tour guide was phenomenal, and he definitely went the extra mile.
