The guide was great. The attractions were good. What's false in their advertising was that you wouldn't have to go through lines for tickets. The guide has to go through the line with you to get your tickets for Maid of the Mist ride. I'm thankful our line was really short. I bought the tickets, paying the higher price, specifically to get out of standing in line.

Thank you for the review! We advertise skip the line passes for cave of the winds because you do not have to purchase cave of the winds tickets or wait in that line. The timed ticket you were given was purchased by us ahead of time. We do not advertise skipping the maid of the mist line. At this time the maid of the mist does not provide access to skip for any groups or tours, otherwise we would definitely offer that as well. What you purchased would've been a higher price because it was for maid of the mist, cave of the winds skip the line passes and the trolly pass as well as an hour tour with a guide including stories, facts about the falls, a waterproof lanyard for your phone and someone to guide/take pictures for you.

Let me start off by saying we aren't "group tour" kind of people - but we saw the reviews and SOOO glad we did it! We requested Darin by name, and he lived up to his great reputation - informative, funny, knew his stuff and made it a GREAT experience for all! Couldn't recommend this enough!
