Carlos was great. Very knowledgeable. He was very attentive and made sure all guests were comfortable and safe. He didn’t just drop us off but was in the water with us and pointed out the turtles.

John canceled our first scheduled trip because wind was not safe. He has experience to know. I saw other trips try to go and then come in early. The wind picked up at end of trip we did make it out on (next day) and one couple capsized. John was there in an instant to save the day. Seeing the octopus was very cool but it is probably better to not have so many people handling it. Snorkeling and kayaking-- what a great combo! Thank you, John!
