Guide John was amazing. Super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, funny, and a great photographer. This activity was my all time favorite while visiting Maui. Definitely made our first time in Hawaii a memorable one. He was always trying to find cool sights or get us as close as possible to the turtles to really experience snorkeling in Maui. Loved loved loved snorkeling with Maui Kayaks!

We had a nice time on the Makena Turtle Town Eco Adventure. Our guide, Andres, was delightful and so incredibly helpful with keeping our 5-year old entertained so my husband and I could snorkel. He let her ride on his kayak at times and swam with her as well. She loved it, and we were so appreciative. My only complaint would be that we expected with a 3-hour timeframe to snorkel at more than one spot, but a lot of time was chewed up getting set with equipment.

My husband and I did the 3 hour kayak tour with 8 others in our crew. Andres was our guide and his passion, knowledge, and energy were exceptional—truly felt like you were exchanging stories with a friend. Highly recommend to anyone looking for some adventure. We even got to see a couple of turtles!
