Great combination of kayaking and snorkeling. Saw many green sea turtles, fish and an eel. Guide was knowledgeable and personable. Beautiful area. Very positive experience.

This excursion was the highlight of an amazing time in Maui!! We loved John’s personal attention, the location, and of course all the time we spent swimming with innumerable sea turtles!!

We had a fantastic morning kayak and snorkel with John. We started out from Makena Landing in crystal clear and calm water. John expertly tutored us in kayak form and snorkeling tips. He was very knowledgeable about where to find the best spots for turtle sightings; describing the coastline and reef area and deepening our knowledge about the sea life. When we got to our snorkeling site, we were surrounded with turtles! There were so many we almost couldn't avoid them! We saw many tropical fish, enjoyed watching the sea turtles get their shells cleaned and even saw 5 eagle rays. John's pictures and videos were expertly taken and will be a wonderful reminder of our best day on Maui for years to come.
