My wife and I were looking for a kayaking/snorkeling experience in Maui and, for us, this 4-hour eco-adventure was perfect! John Hess, our instructor and guide, did a great job preparing us for our time on/in the water and educating us on the various marine and topographical points of interest. Very knowledgeable and passionate individual whose love for the Hawai’i culture came through with everything he did! And did we sea turtles?... let’s just say we got some great family photos with them! Don’t miss the opportunity to understand this part of Maui with John!

Can not say enough good things about this excursion. Great way to spend a morning - turtles, dolphins & whales, and even a baby octopus (John caught one for a once-in-lifetime up close and personal experience). Fantastic guide, super relaxing with excellent instruction for the group, John made it so enjoyable; would recommend for all ages and skill levels. Great snorkeling experience with equipment that you can tell is top of the line and very easy to use. This was the best. Thanks John S, we’ll be back!!

Our family headed out today with John for an amazing day of kayaking. We saw turtles, fish, coral, and dolphins! Even a whale spotting in the distance. John was very helpful with all instructions knowledgeable about island history, wildlife, and all aspects of our trip. Funny and personable - even a great tip for the best lunch spot!! Totally recommend!!!
