The kayak excursion was good, our guide Carlos gave us all the necessary instructions and took us to two points where we could see turtles. During the excursion he was taking photos of us that he would give us at the end of it, as we didn't have an iPhone he told us that he would send them to us by mail that same night, after a week, we still haven't received them and they don't answer our e-mails... It's a pity, because if it weren't for that they would get 5 stars. La excursión en kayak estuvo bien, nuestro guía Carlos nos dió todas las instrucciones necesarias y nos llevó a dos puntos donde ver tortugas. Durante la excursión nos estuvo haciendo fotos que nos daría al finalizar esta, al nosotros no tener un iPhone nos indicó que nos las enviaría por correo esa misma noche, después una semana, aún no las hemos recibido y no nos contestan a los e-mails que les envíamos... Una lástima, porque de no ser por eso se llevarían 5 estrellas.

Our group of 6 had a great time with Carlos. The explanation can be a bit long but it needs to be for everyone’s safety. We all headed to turtle town and hoped in the water to snorkel with the turtles. He took pictures and we there for at least 30 minutes. My mom was nervous she couldn’t get into the kayak but Carlos was super helpful and she got in with no problem. It started to get packed at turtle town with all the other tours and the current was picking up. So we headed to a different spot with more fish, coral, eels, turtles, etc. Our group also dropped our snorkel gear into the water and Carlos had no problem diving 60 ft or more for our stuff. Overall experience was great.

Really great experience the only negatives were that our Makena location was cxld and we had to travel 45 mins each way to Laihina which was a real bummer and ate up a big part of our day and one person in our party had a peanut allergy and a he couldnt eat the snacks provided . Our guide Timothy was great.
