When we arrived we already felt like our guide had other plans and didn’t want to take us out. He kept saying there were winds and he just wasn’t sure. We watched all the other companies suit up and head out. He kept telling us it was our decision. Once us and another group decided we wanted to go he said naw, I think we will just cancel because I don’t think the snorkel will be great. We went to the neighboring beach and saw multiple other parties on their kayaks snorkeling and having a great time. Overall disappointing

Carlos our guide did a great job. The weather caused really choppy waves and we had some very inexperienced people in our group , so we couldn't leave the bay, but we saw multiple turtles up close while snorkeling which was really cool. Carlos was very kind and helpful to all but especially patient with the multiple people having issues. Would recommend.

Andrea was super. He was excited, informative, knowledgeable, confident and made the trip worth it. The weather changed in us quickly and he handled it excellently.
