Our guide Andres was one of the most magnetic people you’ll meet! He was a great guide, gave us all the info and tricks we needed to make the trip go smoothly and was so considerate of making sure everyone had an amazing trip. The snorkeling was amazing! Beautiful reef and we were lucky enough to have 2 curious turtles show off for us for an hour! The photos that Andres takes of you guys are so worth the extra cost if you’re in the fence about it. Incredible shots of great memories!

BEWARE. I felt ripped-off by this experience. I signed up for a snorkeling excursion, but I didn't do any snorkeling. The group paddled kayaks around the ocean, "looking" for whales, for 2.5 hours. We're still looking. There was a storm several days before our trip, and that limited visibility for snorkeling. I get that (although I was not aware of this fact before I got there). I feel ripped off in that I was not given the option to cancel or rebook the excursion. I even spoke to them the day before, to confirm the meeting place, and no one had the courtesy to tell me that we would not be snorkeling. This place has great reviews, for fair-weather. I am very sorry I got to experience the foul. ( NOTE: I was booked on another excursion earlier in the week, and that company had to move it back a day because of the weather. They also me offered a refund if that didn't work for me) .

The tour was cancelled at 6 am the day because they said the waters were murky. Tour was supposed to start at 7am. Since the tour didn’t actually happen, I asked for a refund (several times now) but no one has responded back. I’d like to get a refund because I had saved up my money to do this adventure and was already sad that the tour got cancelled, but now I can’t even get my money back.
