All manatee tours are 3 hours in duration.
Photo packages of your manatee experience available for purchase after your tour.

What To Expect

Fun 2 Dive Manatee Tours

Arrive to our full service tour facility and gift shop located in the historical district of beautiful downtown Crystal River, Florida. All manatee tours are conducted daily, year round, between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Choose the best tour option to fit your group's size, budget, and departure time. All manatee tours are 3 hours in duration and include all snorkeling gear (Mask, Snorkel, and Wetsuit) at no additional cost. Guides accompany guests into the water on all manatee tours to ensure the best possible experience for both man and manatee. The guide also takes pictures of your manatee encounter which are available for purchase at the conclusion of your tour. You will have an opportunity to view the up to 100 images captured during your experience.

Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge

The Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge provides a sanctuary for manatees both in summer and winter. You will enjoy observing them from both the boat and in the waters of the refuge.

Three Sisters Springs

In the winter Three Sisters Springs provides a safe haven for manatees escaping the cold temperatures of the Gulf of Mexico. As long as the temperatures are not too cold, guests may swim into Three Sisters Springs to observe the manatees.

Our guide, Eli, found a mama with twins. We got to stay with them for quite a while. Brody was very informative on manatee facts.

We went out on a rainy, chilly day, but they made it super fun and we still got to see several manatees. I also appreciated that our guide (Ava) very clearly cared about the manatees and doing right by them (rather than crowding them with a bunch of other groups) in addition to caring about getting us a great experience. She and Captain Mac found a great balance. Our only suggestion is for guests and it’s not to forget to bring your own towels.

Amazing time. Zach and Garrett were the best. They took us to the best spot for seeing manatees. We saw a mother and baby and several other manatees. They also hooked us up with hot chocolate, blankets, and hot water after the snorkeling. Would highly recommend. I was solo with my 6- and 9-yr-old boys.
