Swim alongside the gentle giantson our professonally guides snorkles tours. Our tours include: full 5mm wet suits, mask, snorkel, hot chocolate, coffee, water and towel service. All our tours leave from our onsite private docks, with heated changing facility and hot showers!! This is a small-group tour of 14 travelers.

The boat captain and dive master were very helpful and informative. We saw multiple manatees including mothers and babies and were able to spend a reasonable amount of time swimming and observing them. The wetsuits were great because even though the water is 72F all year round it still gets cold after swimming for a while and/or if the surface conditions are cool. It was an unforgettable experience to get close to manatees and observe them feeding or sleeping. Our group was lucky enough to have an inquisitive baby manatee that was curious and swam up to several people. I got a baby manatee "kiss" and seeing that adorable face up close was amazing! It was equally important to hear about the conservation efforts in the Crystal River area to improve the water quality and food source for the manatees. One tip: take your own gopro to film the experience. You can purchase the divemaster's footage but it was not particularly good and certainly not worth $40.

This was a incredible experience! We saw multiple manatee and learned about them and the environment. I was worried it might be cold but it was very comfortable in the wetsuits provided. Misty was great teaching us and leading us to see the manatee. The pictures taken by her are amazing and it’s very reasonable to buy the jump drive of all pictures.

It was amazing. There where manatees everywhere. We got hugs and kisses. It was everything and more. Johnny and dave made it the best experience for our anniversary topped off with hot chocolate. We will definitely be coming back to do this again.
