Overview

Our tours are geared towards first time and new paddlers. We go at your speed so you don't have to worry about going out and getting exhausted. Grab a friend and come along for a unique adventure on the #1-rated Eco-Tour through the mangrove ecosystem. Choose your kayak - single or double - and glide in our shallow clear water over sponges, grass beds, and sandy patches. Looking down, you might see a small nurse shark, turtle, or stingray, or can observe dolphins and manatees. Above water, herons, pelicans, and ospreys settle on the mangroves and hunt for fish. While there are no guaranteed wildlife sightings, we always see something cool in this one-of-a-kind estuary ecosystem that starts right outside the back door of our shop.

Had a great time paddling through the Mangroves with our guide. This was a great activity for us! Would definitely go with this company again if we are in the area. We happened to catch them in the slow season and it was just us on the tour.

We really enjoyed our eco tour experience with Paddle the Florida keys. This was our first time paddling and kayaking with kids and Mike was the perfect guide. We felt very safe taking our kids with us, thanks to him! We also enjoyed the beautiful mangroves and at one point we were able to get out of our kayaks and splash in the water to cool off. The weather was perfect and the 2 hours was just enough to enjoy the mangroves, see some fishes and turtles.

The weather was lovely, and our guide was great with the 3 of us - all total beginners. Very patient and enthusiastic. So much so that 2 of our party went back for an unplanned second experience taking the paddleboards out alone.
