Overview

Our tours are geared towards first time and new paddlers. We go at your speed so you don't have to worry about going out and getting exhausted. Grab a friend and come along for a unique adventure on the #1-rated Eco-Tour through the mangrove ecosystem. Choose your kayak - single or double - and glide in our shallow clear water over sponges, grass beds, and sandy patches. Looking down, you might see a small nurse shark, turtle, or stingray, or can observe dolphins and manatees. Above water, herons, pelicans, and ospreys settle on the mangroves and hunt for fish. While there are no guaranteed wildlife sightings, we always see something cool in this one-of-a-kind estuary ecosystem that starts right outside the back door of our shop.

We had a blast kayaking through the mangroves. We had three Manatees swimming just feet from us. It was pretty amazing.

I really loved our kayaking trip. It started off with a manatee sighting and we got right up next to a family of them. Then we kayaked in the river over to the mangroves which where so shady and beautiful. A lot of the tour is in open water and direct sunlight so be prepared. I put on sunscreen before leaving and I still got burnt so next time I would do a higher SPF (I did 30). Overall it was worth the money and time!

Keith was amazing and is knowledgeable about the ecology and animals. My husband and I happened to be the only ones in this tour so this was pretty special. We saw manatees mama and baby. They were curious and swam by us a couple of times. Our first time seeing them so close like this was such an amazing and humble experience. Thank you for a memorable day!
