Mangroves and Manatees - Guided Kayak Eco Tour

Overview
Our tours are geared towards first time and new paddlers.  We go at your speed so you don't have to worry about going out and getting exhausted.  Grab a friend and come along for a unique adventure on the #1-rated Eco-Tour through the mangrove ecosystem. Choose your kayak - single or double - and glide in our shallow clear water over sponges, grass beds, and sandy patches. Looking down, you might see a small nurse shark, turtle, or stingray, or can observe dolphins and manatees. Above water, herons, pelicans, and ospreys settle on the mangroves and hunt for fish. While there are no guaranteed wildlife sightings, we always see something cool in this one-of-a-kind estuary ecosystem that starts right outside the back door of our shop.

Great crew and our guide, Keith, was determined to make sure everyone got to see some wildlife. Saw manatee, nurse sharks and other wildlife, plus cool to cruise through the thick mangroves and hear stories about the area, the plants and wildlife. If you are looking for a compact tour of FL Keys natural resources, this 2 hour tour is nice. Suggest booking first tour of the day as there will be less kayaks in the inlets. Definitely recommend!

There was not a lot of wild life to see on our trip but tour guide made every effort to find a manatee for us to see. We had a great time and it was a really fun trip.

We were going for first time for kayaking. Betsy was our tour guide. She is very knowledgeable about an area and showed us all the places during the tour.
