Mangroves and Manatees - Guided Kayak Eco Tour

Overview

Our tours are geared towards first time and new paddlers. We go at your speed so you don't have to worry about going out and getting exhausted. Grab a friend and come along for a unique adventure on the #1-rated Eco-Tour through the mangrove ecosystem. Choose your kayak - single or double - and glide in our shallow clear water over sponges, grass beds, and sandy patches. Looking down, you might see a small nurse shark, turtle, or stingray, or can observe dolphins and manatees. Above water, herons, pelicans, and ospreys settle on the mangroves and hunt for fish. While there are no guaranteed wildlife sightings, we always see something cool in this one-of-a-kind estuary ecosystem that starts right outside the back door of our shop.

Our guide Keith was fantastic! It was a windy day so he was worried we might not see a manatee, but he took us down a canal he suspected they might be hiding in and we found one! Keith was great and kept us on time without feeling rushed. Great experience overall.

Unforgettable Kayaking & Swimming Adventure in the Florida Keys! Exploring the mangroves and swimming holes in the Florida Keys was an absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we set out in our kayaks, we were surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty—crystal-clear waters, lush mangroves, and an abundance of wildlife. Paddling through the winding mangrove tunnels felt like stepping into another world, with fish darting beneath us and birds soaring overhead. BRITNEY WAS AMAZING. She was a wealth of kmowlege and made even a novice feel like a seasoned vet during the trip. We were staying in Marathon and drove an hour to get to Paddle and we would do it all over again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
