Overview

Our tours are geared towards first time and new paddlers. We go at your speed so you don't have to worry about going out and getting exhausted. Grab a friend and come along for a unique adventure on the #1-rated Eco-Tour through the mangrove ecosystem. Choose your kayak - single or double - and glide in our shallow clear water over sponges, grass beds, and sandy patches. Looking down, you might see a small nurse shark, turtle, or stingray, or can observe dolphins and manatees. Above water, herons, pelicans, and ospreys settle on the mangroves and hunt for fish. While there are no guaranteed wildlife sightings, we always see something cool in this one-of-a-kind estuary ecosystem that starts right outside the back door of our shop.

Great Experience! Our guide Suzanne was very knowledgeable about the mangroves and their importance. We were having a not-so-great weather day but had never been through the mangroves before and we were game for the adventure. We saw lots of different sponges (nicknames cookie dough and coronavirus etc)throughout the tour. We saw several fish despite the water being a little murky from rain. We have kayaked before on our own without instruction and do not consider ourselves experts but thought we knew enough to get by. When coming back, we hit an Eddy Line, that we knew nothing about and tipped over. I am so grateful for her calmness and direction in assisting us back on and back on track. We had a good laugh when we reached the shore. We would definitely do this tour again!
