Overview

Our tours are geared towards first time and new paddlers. We go at your speed so you don't have to worry about going out and getting exhausted. Grab a friend and come along for a unique adventure on the #1-rated Eco-Tour through the mangrove ecosystem. Choose your kayak - single or double - and glide in our shallow clear water over sponges, grass beds, and sandy patches. Looking down, you might see a small nurse shark, turtle, or stingray, or can observe dolphins and manatees. Above water, herons, pelicans, and ospreys settle on the mangroves and hunt for fish. While there are no guaranteed wildlife sightings, we always see something cool in this one-of-a-kind estuary ecosystem that starts right outside the back door of our shop.

My husband and I took a tour with Steve, and it was GREAT!! He was super personable and very knowledgeable. We had two new paddle boarders on our tour and he encouraged them and helped them along the way. The Mangrove tour was amazing, we had an awesome time and would absolutely do it again!! We spent a week in the Keys scuba diving over Spring Break, and we decided to book a kayaking tour on our off day to check out the mangroves and hear all about the local ecosystem. We had a blast on the ~2 hour tour, where our guide, Brittany, did an excellent job explaining all about the local mangroves, manatees, fish and wildlife in the area. It was a fun time out, and the team at Paddle does a really nice job. It’s great to see local businesses like this thriving, and I hope they continue to successfully build their business in the Keys!
