Booked the day before I travelled, I was the last pick up from Manhattan hotels. Everything went smoothly got to the airport with plenty of time to spare. The Airlink transfer driver was great, overall great experience and it didnā€™t break the bank!

The service does not stick to its times. I reserved for 3:00 for a 6:18pm domestic flight. I was called the first time and told it needed to be 2:40 which I agreed to. Then the driver called me again and said it needed to be 2:00 with 20 mins warning. I had to leave a meeting to grab my things and get back to the hotel for my luggage. The driver told me it had to be earlier because it is Friday and there are a lot of passengers. Then the driver showed up and there was no one else in the van. One other person was picked up in the lower east side. I got to the airport at 3:20 very early for my flight when on this timetable I could have been fine with the original 3:00 time I requested. In other cities where Lyft shared rides are allowed I spend a lot less money and arrive on a much closer timetable. The price at $50 was reasonable for NYC. It said all over the place that I had to print my ticket or my ride would not be honored. I took 15 mins locating a printer and paying $2 for that piece of paper the driver never even looked at!!! The part that says you must bring a printed ticket and e tickets are not allowed turned into a waste of my time and additional stress for nothing.

The most memorable part of this experience is that I set up all the arrangements for my brother to take this trip and he went to the hotel to be picked up and no one came. As a matter fact we were told that the man was at the airport when he was supposed to be picking my brother up!
