The most memorable part of this experience is that I set up all the arrangements for my brother to take this trip and he went to the hotel to be picked up and no one came. As a matter fact we were told that the man was at the airport when he was supposed to be picking my brother up!

Just a follow on from my review a few days ago regarding our transfer from JFK to Manhatten the transfer from Manhatten to JFK went without a hitch. Had to phone them to confirm the pick up time and as previously there was no trace of the reservation number provided by BA but the operator was very professional she created a new number and arranged the pickup for the following afternoon, the pick up arrived on time and we made it to JFK despite the Friday afternoon traffic. Well done Go Airlink you have restored my faith
