Children under 3 years of age do not require a seat and travel free of charge. Children 3 years and older must have their own seat and pay full fare.
Due to local laws, drivers reserve the right to refuse any customers who do not have a car seat for infants

We took a shared transfer from hotel to airport. Our driver Lenny G was early, (waited for passengers correct times) very polite, professional and helpful( explaining exactly where to go and what to do in the airport.) We are travelling across the USA and this was one of the easiest and best transfer we have had. The shuttle was clean and very comfortable. Lenny was an excellent driver and put everyone at ease.We had a different company do our others transfers and there was a big difference.

Stressful experience with delayed and late pick-up. Had to call hotline three times and each time, the pick-up time was further extended and delayed. Highlighted to them that we were concerned about missing our flights and finally, van no 1414 came to pick us up. On the way, driver threw a hissing fit to the dispatch centre and unhappy about just given two passengers to take to jfk airport. The company pacified the driver at the expense of the customers by arranging for him to transfer us to another van back in Times Square, which was a Long detour. Would not recommend such unprofessional service.

Afternoon rush hour traffic jammed. Thank good ness for great driver who knew how to get through it quicker than seemed possible. And a really nice guy too.
