Our flight left Newark Airport at 7am and we were told to be downstairs at 3:40am but the driver did not get to our hotel until 4am. I had to call twice to check on the status of the shuttle. We did get to the airport on time but a courtesy call would have been nice to let us know the driver was running behind. Overall, ok for the price.

Our shuttle arrived at the time advised, however our hotel was unable to release our luggage due to lack of staff on duty and our departure was delayed. I spoke to the driver and he very graciously agreed to wait. Traffic was busy, but our driver was skilled and confident and we arrived at the airport with time to spare. I would be happy to recommend Go transport.
