Excellent service ,quick transfer to the airport (Newark). We booked the day before we left via Viator and then we called Go airlink NYC directly after that to confirm our scheduled trip , Go Airlink NYC picked us upp the day we would departure. I think they were approximately 8-10 min late but that is nothing , we are drivning in Manhattan after all. We were at the airport very quickly as mentioned and the female driver was very friendly and it was obvious she had driven this route many times :) If we visit New York again I will not hesitate booking transfer via Viator. It should be your choice!

This ride was included in out Greyline City Sightseeing Pass. Before going I read the reviews and was a bit reluctant to book but I was VERY glad I did. We had a wonderful experience with this company. I made my reservation 24 hours before. The morning of our departure what did we have but a street fair in front of your hotel with vendors for as far as the eye could see. I called reservations and they said to be on the corner at 11:15. When 11:30 came and no van I was worried but just then here comes our driver. He could not get to our corner, had to park 2 streets over but walked and found us in the crowd, What a great guy.. This is a shared ride to the airport but hey we got to see a couple different neighborhood. So be sure to book ahead of your flight and they will get you there on time for sure!!

We had Lenny (in vehicle 1432) as our driver. He was very professional, courteous, and efficient. Our trip to the airport took about an hour from the Theatre District - we had stops at 4 different hotels along the way. The ride was smooth and other than slow traffic downtown, was uneventful. He took care of all luggage and took extra care of my briefcase with the computer. Along the way he pointed out a few interesting landmarks, and answered any questions we may have had. I could not have expected a better experience than I had. A+
