Used these for the first time to transfer to our Hotel near the Rockefeller centre. Disappointed at the start when we got to the desk that we had to wait for 30 mins. It wasn't that long and we had a shared ride into the city. Luckily only 2 other customers on board so we had the 40 min ride into the city. Good smooth ride and 2nd stop for us. Not looking forward to using a shared ride but would use again.

I rang to confirm pick up whilst still in UK, i.e. before my outbound trip! The lady on the phone was so polite and clear in her directions. I never had to repeat myself. The pick up arrived right on queue and I arrived at Newark even before they said I would, which was nice. Good driver and comfy ride.

Our driver arrived about the time we were told he would. He was very helpful with our luggage both at our hotel and at LGA. While we had a very enjoyable visit with a mother and daughter in the van, he was willing to answer questions and join in our conversation. We found him very pleasant and professional--therefore, we recommend this service as top notch! We would use it again in a heartbeat.
