What a disappointment. We were booked in for 3pm, waited around outside whilst lots of other people got taken through the entrance doors, we were poorly informed throughout which led to frustration. When we finally got taken inside we had more waiting, plus you have to part with a further $20 each for admin or taxes, and a further $2 for lockers as you aren't allowed to have any bags. Again more waiting, the staff didnt appear to know what they were doing who was there first (one couple had been waiting 2 half hours) it was just ridiculous and frustrating which for many people led to anger. The trip itself was over rated, you didnt get very close to the attractions and basically flew up and down the Hudson river being pointed out a few land marks (all of which you can see from the empire state building for half the cost) Totally under whelmed, poor customer service, the staff dont seem to be organised or know what they are doing, would i do this again NO would I recommend it NO like I said get to the empirre state building (early) to avoid they que and you can see all the sights (and have a virtual helicopter ride at half the price)

Flight was brilliant. Had to wait about an hour but this seems to be a regular thing. Only disappointing thing was that our pilot wasn't very chatty, he pointed out a couple of sights, fortunately I have been to New York a couple of times so I knew what I was looking at but for anybody on their first trip it would be nice to know more about what you are seeing.
