Flight itself was wonderful but "procedures" beforehand were dreadful - hanging about with nothing happening for almost an hour and a half when you are only in NY for three days is a waste of precious time. Also, customers are treated like cattle - no attention to detail to make what, for most people is a once in a llife time adventure, feel special. When time actually came to board, no opportunity to take photos near helicopter as staff rushing to get you in and when you come back they are rushing to get you off the helipad so again no opportunity for photos. Real shame as flight itself was breathtakingly good.

Great way to see the Statue of Liberty and lower Manhattan. But be prepared to wait up to an hour and a half from check-in time to actually getting on the helicopter.

I really recommend doing the helicopter flight. It is one of the best ways of experiencing New York. The other being the Rockafeller Centre. You do wait around for abit but it dies say that the time you are given is a check in time & not the flight time. We waited for about 45 minutes in total. However it was worth it as I got to sit in the cockpit next to the pilot! I don't think that I got the 20 minutes that I paid for but I would do it again if I had the opportunity.
