Hello Gabriel_G, Thank you for your review. Please know that for safety and security, Helicopter Tours in NYC are highly regulated. Tour Operators like us are given a set of parameters on the flight route (we are only allowed to fly over the Hudson River) and how close we can get to the Statue of Liberty. There are markers on the water that help guide Pilots, making that line the "invisible wall". No one is allowed to cross that barrier. Our Pilots will always follow what is legally allowed and will put the safety and security of our passengers first. Thank you.

We had an incredible time. From a smooth check-in to take off. From the clean aircraft to a friendly and experienced pilot. From the sweeping panoramic views of the city, to the informative tour of famous land marks. Wonderful company to book through and great adventure to experience. We will return!

A few words come to mind - unprofessional, overpriced and prison-like treatment. The staff was unwelcoming and regurgitated lines like they were reading from a poorly worded script. On top of the cost of tickets, you pay a “heliport” fee of $40 per person. What is this fee for? Who knows. Then you are forced to pay $2 to store you bag in a locker because you cant take it on board as if it would mess up the loadsheet for the helicopter. They act as if the place is a secured environment and ban you from taking your own pictures so that they can charge you $25 for pictures that they take from a cheap 3mp point and shoot camera. No Nikon. No Cannon. No thanks. They also yelled at a fellow passenger for trying to take a picture by the helicopter. He probably went into solitary confinement afterward. We left with a bad taste left. There are better tour providers than these jokers out there. I wouldn’t even recommend it to Stevie Wonder. Spend your money elsewhere.

Hello Damian_A, We are sorry to hear you did not feel welcome nor had a good experience while taking your Tour. This is not what we want our customers to feel. The Heliport Fee of $40 is disclosed in the Viator/Trip Advisor Description of the Tour. It is not something we hide. On the contrary, we want you to know about it! If you book your flight we will assume you've read the Disclosure and have agreed to it. We also take pictures but do not force anyone to buy them. At the end of the day, for privacy and security, the pictures are deleted. Thank you.
