Unbelievable experience. From the moment I met the guys out front to the time we left it was spectacular. The staff were ALL amazing, especially Daniel. He was so helpful and nice. The pilot was great too. When we circled the Statue of Liberty it brought tears to my eyes. Everything looked so different and made me appreciate New York that much more. Thanks.

They rescheduled this activity on me twice! The first one was the night before the tour and was not able to make it to another activity which was paid for and couldn't get my money back since the cancelations was not done 24 hrs before the activity. They rescheduled my tour once again 2 hrs before my tour!! They charge 40 dollars extra once you get there which they don't tell you when you first get your ticket. Would I book again with Manhattan Sky tour? NEVER!! I can just imagine the repy management is going to write to cover themselves but If you want to do the helicopter ride get another company and save yourself a big headache!

Let's tackle the $40 Heliport Fee first. This is disclosed front and center. Under "What to Expect" dropdown on the booking page, this is what it says: "Please note: The listed price does not include a US $40 per person heliport/security fee, payable at the time of tour check-in." This is quoted verbatim, taken from the TripAdvisor/Viator page for our company. We do not hide this fee. In fact, we want all potential guests to take this into consideration. With this disclosure, is this something you still want to do? By clicking and finalizing your booking/order, we will assume you've agreed to this. Now, about being rescheduled. Our Heliport Operations (the many moving parts involved in helicopter tours) take safety first and foremost. If we cannot fly you safely on a given date at a given time, we will contact you to reschedule your Tour. For every Tour we schedule, for every guest we fly, your safety, comfort and enjoyment will be our primary goal. If we can't guarantee this due to the weather, Government/VIP movement at the Downtown Manhattan Heliport, or due to circumstances and events beyond our control, we will reschedule booked Tours. This is done out of an abundance of caution. Thank you.
