When we entered the reception area the guy we met explained the different helicoptor rides on offer, he was very helpful and not one bit pushy in his approach. He put no pressure on us when choosing our trip. Then we met our pilot, Andrew Woods, the nicest fella you could meet. From the second we met him he was like a friend. Very professional as a pilot and it was clear to see he loves his job and he wanted this to be something we would always remember. Omg we never experienced anything like it, it is literally all we talk about when we mention our time in New York. You get 2 experiences here, the stunning views and a helicoptor ride. We could not sum this up with one word but the French Family we shared the trip with could - Magnifique Thanks again to our pilot Andrew Woods , it really was magnifique

Definitely worth the money even after the heliport fee of $40 which we were made aware of on numerous occasions. We arrive much earlier than stated on the website as we had allowed a lot of time to get there on time, as a result, they took us up in the helicopter almost half an hour earlier than stated which was perfect for us. We were offered a video package making “you the star of your own Hollywood movie” for a reasonable $50 with the discount voucher. This makes a short movie including your party boarding the helicopter and landing. Although we didn’t take him up on this offer it would make a nice gift or something to remember the trip by. At the heliport you are scanned, weighed (without seeing or it being read aloud) and talked through a safety demonstration before being taken to the pier. A group picture is taken which you can buy after the flight for $25 which is a tad on the expensive side but worth it if you are visiting for a special occasion like a birthday or anniversary. I purchased this and will cherish it forever. The flight itself was fantastic and very smooth thanks to the very experienced pilot who took us on our excursion. Depending on the helicopter they dispatch, you may be taken in a 4 or 6 seater which can be a bit cramped. The views are second to none and give you an overview of the city from above while the pilot plays a recording that talks you through the sights. You can also ask any questions to the pilot through the headset and talk to fellow passengers. 10/10 thank you xx
