Customer service didnt respond to email. Unfortunate. That was the whole challenge in the experience was rescheduling.

The staff was friendly, informative and professional. The ride was magical and the most magnificent way to see the city lights at night with fabulous music wafting throughout. Will repeat this adventure again and again. I wish the website had better information as to where to take the boat for boarding. There was a group of about 15 of us that went on the wrong line because it was the only boat there. A staff member came to gather us just before the boat arrived. So you would get a perfect 10.
