Jan 1- March 31 departure time is 5:30PM and 8:30pm April 1- September 31 departure time is 6PM and 9pm, October 1- December 31 departure time is 5PM and 8pm. You will be placed where there is availability. Please call 24 hours prior to confirm departure time.

The crew was fantastic! They provided clear instructions and helped us see Manta Rays quickly. We even saw dolphins swim underneath us which is apparently rare. Thanks Bite Me!

Had to change plans last minute so I called and asked if we can reschedule. Turned out we can't - I understand that since it's last minute, but the receptionist was cold and unhelpful. She did NOT ask me for names or booking information, and I did not confirm the cancellation on the phone. Yet i never heard from them later.

We have a 48 hour cancelation policy. You had called at 5:55pm to reschedule a 7:30pm check in time. We cannot cancel or reschedule within that time frame. Our crew members called 3 times between 7:46 and 7:53pm to see if you were coming. *** the office staff use your phone number to pull up your booking when you call. The office staff always strives to be helpful. In this situation there was nothing to do at that late moment. So sorry you had to change your plans and you missed this amazing experience.

Negative...The boat ....esp. bathroom needed repair and added seating. POSITIVE...Fantastic viewing of fish and Manta Rays. At one point 8 giant Mantas rolled in my face touching me! So worth the price. Staff was great!
