We repeatedly came within 1ft of 14ft mantas as they fed near the surface. That is cool AF! But, be warned the boat ride there as the sun sets is pretty, but slow. The ride back is cold and seemed even longer. Bring snacks and something very warm to throw on. I’m from Buffalo and was wrapped in towels and shivering. I also wish there was a way to get a pic of the mantas, I hope they add that feature

Very disorganized. I called several times and was never told the 5:30 pm boat was behind schedule. We waited past 8 pm, the meeting time to check in and get wet suits. No one showed and later found out that they finally made it in at 8:30 pm. We had already left because no one was at the shop. Had they told me boat was behind schedule when I called and talked to someone at 7:40 pm, we would have stayed put! Called Bite Me next day for refund. Terry is extremely rude and provided poor customer service!! Never apologized for their late arrival. Never took responsibility for their mishap. Very disappointed because we were looking forward to this!!

No manta rays showed. Company has policy for free trip if you book through them directly (not viator). Even if did book through them, already had our vacation planned with other activities and wouldn't have been able to work another 4hr block in. While I know it's out of there control if the animals show, it was quite disappointing for the price that you pay.
