The guides were very knowledgeable and provided detailed instructions on how to behave around manta rays.

We loved the manta ray experience except for one thing. The night we went probably a dozen or so of the customers got stung by jellyfish. 4 in our own group of 10 did. I know it’s the ocean and jellyfish are in the ocean-but when it started stinging my son the crew just told him to stay calm and he would be ok. He was stung 4 times, my other son stung twice and my other son once and my nephew was stung once. They kept saying this had only happened once before and they had vinegar on board of the boat, but when we got on board there was no vinegar to be found. Instead they sprayed them off with fresh water (which we later read is something you do NOT do) and then told us that they had some back at the harbor (nope it wasn’t there either). I just think jellyfish stings have EVER happened on your tour EVER, you should ALWAYS have vinegar ON BOARD your boat to help alleviate the pain. Like I said- seeing the Manta Rays was awesome, but how they handled the situation when alot of the paying customers started getting stung by jellyfish-that was a bit unprofessional.

Will never forget this amazing encounter. The Manta Ray gets super close! The guides are nice and helpful. The boat ride to get there was a bit rough due to the strong wind. My husband felt there wasn’t enough time in the water but it was perfect for me as I was getting cold. Overall it was a nice experience.
