Jennifer the driver to the ferry was personable and funny. Anthony made a boring tour somewhat tolerable. The tour list a 24 passenger bus on Martha vineyard not a smelly converted school bus. The drive to the far side of the island was a waste of time. It would have been better with just the first two stops and being able to take pictures of the gingerbread house. Basically a waste of a day. Not what we paid for in the advertisements. Thank you Jennifer for taking me to a lighthouse I could see up close Mike Doland

I am glad that you enjoyed your time with Jenny and Anthony. It does clearly state that the island tour is on a 44 passenger bus. The transportation to and from the island is in a 24 passenger bus. You stated that the drive to the Cliffs was a waste. To many, that is the highlight of their trip. Personal preference, I guess. You are not being factual in saying that you did not get what was described as you received exactly what was described. You took the same trip that has generated 1029 5 star review and 30 1 star reviews since we began our operation in 2011. With the amount of guests that we take to the island I've come to realize that you can't please everybody no matter how hard that you try. I am sorry that you did not enjoy the trip as much as most. Sincerely, Stephen M. Belcastro President New England Trips Inc.

The Martha’s Vineyard trip was great. The bus driver in Boston was very personable and knowledgeable. The trip was very well coordinated and efficient. We elected the optional 3 hour island tour. Scotty, our driver on the island, is a life long resident of the island and had so much information to share. Great experience for those not familiar with MV. We covered just about every inch of the island. My friend left a bag on the bus in Boston when we were dropped off at our hotel. The company sent it with a driver so that she could get it when they came for the next pick up. Very accommodating. Great customer service!

Thank you for the GREAT 5 star review of Boston's ORIGINAL Martha's Vineyard Day trip. I am very happy to hear how much that you enjoyed both your island tour with Scotty and your overall day trip experience. We will always go the extra mile in trying to return our guest's lost items. We realize that these are usually souvenirs that you purchased. These help you keep the memory of your wonderful day alive. We all really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Kind Regards, Stephen M. Belcastro President New England Trips Inc.
