Rained hard- poured for most of the trip, so couldn't see anything. Windows were so fogged up and nothing was even visible from the bus. The tour guide passed around a couple of pictures of what we were supposed to see...most people just fell asleep on the bus. Ferry ride back was rough too. It was a wasted day and waste of money. Tour should've been canceled and either money refunded, or tour rescheduled on a different day. It even said in the description that the tour was weather dependent.

Thank you for your review. We always make the trip unless safety is a concern. Guests come from all over the world to take this trip and this may be the only day that they are available to do so. On the other end of the spectrum are guests like yourself that don't care to go if it's not a bright sunny day. That is why we have a very customer friendly 24 hour cancelation policy. There are alot of ways to find out what the weather will be like the next day. With all due respect, it is not our responsibility to cancel the trip as much as it is your responsibility to cancel yours. Kind Regards, Stephen M. Belcastro President New England Trips Inc.

Fantastic guides and well worth doing. We had Timmy who drove us on the Boston side to Cape Cod and back, then Jeff, who picked us up for the island tour once off the ferry. Both were super informative, and I would 100% recommend this if you are visiting Martha's Vineyard. We would not have got half way round the island nor heard all of the interesting and quirky facts we learnt along the way.

Long day starting at 6am and back in Boston for about 7pm. Nice drive to the ferry and only a short 30 minutes or so across to the Island. We didn't book the Island tour but used the public busses to get around. We went to Edgartown, Vineyard Haven and back to Oak Bluffs on the busses and they were easy to find and use. Their website gives you loads of info and the prices were around $2-3 a ticket. It was throwing it down all day when we went but there were plenty of lovely local shops at each town to have a look in and we bought some really nice souvenirs. Our driver was very knowledgeable and told us everything we needed to know and there were toilet stops to and from Boston at a services that also sold food and drinks; although there was bottled water, breakfast bars, crisps and kit-kats and some other snacks on the bus for anyone who wanted them which was very nice! All in all a brilliant day trip!
