We waited too long to book and had to do an evening session while we hoped for morning. Ben was AWESOME in putting us at ease about weather - we were nervous about the summer afternoon thunderstorms raining us out. He even agreed to take us out early to dodge later storms. I have kayaked many times but my guy and girls (12 & 14) are still pretty new. Ben gave a great demo, was encouraging, and got us going quickly. There was a lot of wind and a storm in the distance. Ben had apps showing how far the storm was and lightening to be sure we were safe and comfortable and he gave us regular updates knowing we expressed concern about the weather when booking. We paddled through the river and to the calmer marshy area. Ben gave us so much information about the wildlife, plants, and some history. We saw a ton of dolphins and were back just in time to miss rain. Our tweens even said it was one of their favorite parts of the vacation. We can’t wait to go back with Ben - HIGH RECOMMEND!

We had a really great time! Our guide, Shawna, was incredibly knowledgeable of the different plants and animals we saw. We had a great time paddling across the waterway and enjoying the wildlife. Shawna went out of her way to make our experience great.

Enjoyable for the whole family! We took the evening kayak tour with Ben, & had a GREAT time. Although we are by no means expert kayakers, we all could easily handle the paddling. We enjoyed being out on the river, learning a bit more about our surroundings, saw some wildlife, & had a close encounter with a manatee. Ben is knowledgeable, patient, and a great guide. My 3 kids, husband & I loved it.
