Overview

All riders must be 36 inches or taller to participate/ride submarine.

Dive 100 feet below the surface and experience Maui’s marine treasures off beautiful Lahaina with Atlantis Submarines Maui. A special added bonus of this tour experience is seeing the spectacular West Maui Mountains while riding our shuttle boat to the Maui dive site.

Stingray, yellow tang, eel, parrotfish, bluefin trevally, and an array of other marine species are seen regularly at the dive site. See firsthand how the Carthaginian, a sunken 19th century whaling brig, has combined with Mother Nature to create a fascinating artificial reef to attract and support marine life of all sizes, shapes and colors.

Our air-conditioned, comfortable submarine interiors offer large viewing ports, which allow guests to relax and enjoy the amazing wonders of the deep. Passengers must be capable of ascending and descending a near vertical ladder on their own to board the submarine
Total tour time is approximately 1 hour 50 minutes. Actual underwater tour time is 45 minutes
Children must be 36 inches or taller to ride the submarine
Infants are not permitted on the submarine.

We went with a 6 year old and an 8 year old. They LOVED it, and so did we. We saw several sharks, lots of cool fish, and a sunken ship. There is a short ferry ride out to the sub and then you are on the sub for about and hour or so. Round trip it was just under two hours. We highly recommend, especially for those that don’t want to swim with the fish but enjoy looking at them. Oh! Rachel our guid was great!

My husband said he had a awesome time. The ship wreck was cool and all the fish. Everyone that worked there was super nice.
