Overview

All riders must be 36 inches or taller to participate/ride submarine.

Dive 100 feet below the surface and experience Maui’s marine treasures off beautiful Lahaina with Atlantis Submarines Maui. A special added bonus of this tour experience is seeing the spectacular West Maui Mountains while riding our shuttle boat to the Maui dive site.

Stingray, yellow tang, eel, parrotfish, bluefin trevally, and an array of other marine species are seen regularly at the dive site. See firsthand how the Carthaginian, a sunken 19th century whaling brig, has combined with Mother Nature to create a fascinating artificial reef to attract and support marine life of all sizes, shapes and colors.

Our air-conditioned, comfortable submarine interiors offer large viewing ports, which allow guests to relax and enjoy the amazing wonders of the deep. Passengers must be capable of ascending and descending a near vertical ladder on their own to board the submarine
Total tour time is approximately 1 hour 50 minutes. Actual underwater tour time is 45 minutes
Children must be 36 inches or taller to ride the submarine
Infants are not permitted on the submarine.

Being underneath the ocean 132 feet n seeing the sharks n sunken boats! The crew was so great n informative of the ocean. The submarine was excellent, comfortable great window viewing and nice n cool!

The staff at Atlantis Submarines were very nice. We weren’t able to make our appointment in time, but they were able to accomodate us for the next day slot that was available without any charge. The crew was also very energetic and helpful. We were able to see a lots of fish, few sharks, snail, octopus and a sunken ship. Definitely recommend this activity if you’re looking to have the thrill of finding these creatures underwater. Otherwise, it will look pretty much like a seaworld or aquarium view. We loved it!!

Looking at the ocean floor, seeing two stingrays fly together in the water. The crew was very nice. It was amazing. I’m not a diver so to be able to go under the sea was so cool. I was also afraid of getting the tight quarters. Lots of air and head room.
