Overview

All riders must be 36 inches or taller to participate/ride submarine.

Dive 100 feet below the surface and experience Maui’s marine treasures off beautiful Lahaina with Atlantis Submarines Maui. A special added bonus of this tour experience is seeing the spectacular West Maui Mountains while riding our shuttle boat to the Maui dive site.

Stingray, yellow tang, eel, parrotfish, bluefin trevally, and an array of other marine species are seen regularly at the dive site. See firsthand how the Carthaginian, a sunken 19th century whaling brig, has combined with Mother Nature to create a fascinating artificial reef to attract and support marine life of all sizes, shapes and colors.

Our air-conditioned, comfortable submarine interiors offer large viewing ports, which allow guests to relax and enjoy the amazing wonders of the deep. Passengers must be capable of ascending and descending a near vertical ladder on their own to board the submarine
Total tour time is approximately 1 hour 50 minutes. Actual underwater tour time is 45 minutes
Children must be 36 inches or taller to ride the submarine
Infants are not permitted on the submarine.

We saw several sharks stingray a sunken ship and anchor starfish blue fish yellow fish big and small fish and SpongeBob. It was fun

We got really lucky and ended up on a tour with 7 people. Before loading, a staff member took a good photo of my husband and myself. We bought it at the end of the tour. There is a boat that takes you to the submarine. Watching the submarine surface is very cool and I wish I had gotten that on video. We went down to a depth of 132 feet and got to see fish, sharks, plants, etc. They is a ship that was sunk to create an artificial wreath. I was amazed by the amount of life in there! I suppose that once it enough, but seriously….it was well worth doing once.
