Overview

All riders must be 36 inches or taller to participate/ride submarine.

Dive 100 feet below the surface and experience Maui’s marine treasures off beautiful Lahaina with Atlantis Submarines Maui. A special added bonus of this tour experience is seeing the spectacular West Maui Mountains while riding our shuttle boat to the Maui dive site.

Stingray, yellow tang, eel, parrotfish, bluefin trevally, and an array of other marine species are seen regularly at the dive site. See firsthand how the Carthaginian, a sunken 19th century whaling brig, has combined with Mother Nature to create a fascinating artificial reef to attract and support marine life of all sizes, shapes and colors.

Our air-conditioned, comfortable submarine interiors offer large viewing ports, which allow guests to relax and enjoy the amazing wonders of the deep. Passengers must be capable of ascending and descending a near vertical ladder on their own to board the submarine
Total tour time is approximately 1 hour 50 minutes. Actual underwater tour time is 45 minutes
Children must be 36 inches or taller to ride the submarine
Infants are not permitted on the submarine.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

My husband and I had never been on a submarine and thought this might be too "kitschy". However, it was such a cool experience! The team had a great sense of humor, made us feel very comfortable, and gave an amazing tour! We saw a sunken ship, coral, tons of fish, white tip reef sharks, and even some mantarays! Each person had a seat with a window so there was no crowding to see through windows. Definitely a tour I would recommend, even if you don't have children.

Where do I begin....this excursion was absolutely amazing! From beginning to end! The staff was friendly. Knowledgeable, and funny! We saw so many fish, a starfish, 4 sharks, and 2 eagle rays! The ship wreck was just as great with all the coral, fish, and sharks taking a nap! I would definitely do this again!
