This was a terrible experience. It started raining at the beginning of the luau, soaking everyone and everything. They don’t do refunds for weather related cancellations, and the sound system went out because of the winds. The food was okay, but not worth sitting through a pouring rain storm. And you can’t really see the beach from the tables so there is no advantage to the location. Also, parking takes time. If you don’t get there super early, you have to wait in a long line and sit in the back where it is hard to see. We left as soon as the food was served. Many left even before that. Oh yeah - and the desserts sucked. Don’t waste your time.

We went in May 2018. Loved it! Food was ok, not great but good, drinks not great but alright . It’s all you can eat and drink so who can really complain. The show was awesome! No cliff diver but the dancers and fire performance was great . We had gone to another luau before, the feast of lele. Food was great, drinks were awesome, but the show not as entertaining. So if it’s just the two of you, def feast of lele, family, the Sheraton on black rock beach for sure. It was much more family based, activity for the kids , they pulled people up on stage, and after the show you could get pics with the dancers, Which was great!

Not really alot of signage for us to find the Luau location. When we arrived at the Luau it was extremely confusing as to where the check in lines where or were not. Overall it was good... We paid for VIP tickets... the least we could we gotten was free pictures.. had to pay for those also.
