If you have not already done so, please provide your hotel details and an in-destination contact number to the activity provider ASAP. Providing this information will help to keep you informed of any updates or changes.

• Parking in the Sheraton Maui’s parking structure is FREE with VALIDATION. Please get your ticket stamped.
• Dress code is smart casual; hat, sunglasses and sunscreen are strongly recommended.

• Luau check in time is 4:30pm.

This is my first time in Hawaii and my first time at a luau. I thought the location was great, right off the ocean. I was expecting a normal buffet but this was great. There was a lot of varieties. Everything was delicious. The show was good. Had a little audience participation. I would recommend this and would go again.

The food was delicious and the drinks were plenty strong! Loved the performance, especially the fire twirling! It was a lot of fun and a cool experience!

We got the table a little bit far from the stage but close to the drink station (table 43). It was good that we are able to get a drink faster but it was not good that we are not able to see the performance clearly. We were almost at the last table to go get food and the food was not enough. My husband was really excited to try the beef teriyaki at the buffet but he got only a few pieces left and they didn't refill them. It was the only thing on the menu he could eat. A lot of guests at my table were very upset including my husband about the food refill. I loved the performance a lot though. For paying $180 per person but you are not full when they served the buffet that is very disappointing. I think they should improve that section. Another thing is the picture that they took you upon entering. It was not included. You have to pay extra for that and it was very pricey. I don't think you should advertise as it includes in the package. ( The experience for the photoshoot doesn't mean it was free) overall it was good but not great. I will not pay that price to go back
