The snorkeling in both locations was wonderful; the reefs, the fish, the clarity and all the scenery was beautiful. The boat crew was lifeless and boring. We felt a bit like cattle being led from one thing to another. I understand the need for a plan to make everything run smooth, but it is equally important to make it fun. It would have been nice to have a little rum in my mai tai too.

Aloha, After working with my guys for decades and having spoken to thousands of happy customers who rave about the level of service and personalized interaction from my guys, I have to say I am both surprised and skeptical. Yes, we are very organized and rightfully so, considering many of our guests have limited experience on the ocean, and safety is our number one priority, and part of the reason we do not over pour at the bar. Fortunately there are plenty of very happy guests who appreciate the extent to which my guys go to make sure they have a wonderful and safe day out there under our care, and have been kind enough to leave a plethora of 5 star reviews highlighting our amazing team.
