The Pride of Maui crew was beyond exceptional. This has been our second trip with them within the last 5 years. This trip was so much more special than our first since we brought along our three teenage kids. We had the opportunity to see a humpback whale right out of the harbor, got to swim with a lot of beautiful fishes and also got to swim next to a couple of green sea turtles. I absolutely love the staff very accommodating to all who were on board making sure everyone was comfortable. Covid guidelines were being followed by all. The staff provide such a great atmosphere. Of all the other options there is to go snorkeling with other companies I would only and always select Pride of Maui. Mahalo for such a great time and providing my children with an experience of a lifetime.

Honest review... the crew was great. Very helpful, friendly, decent lunch and drinks. The snorkeling... we did not see many fish in both locations. Really disappointing. A few smaller ones but nothing like you would imagine or have seen in photos. Molokini is so overcrowded with boats and people. It’s no wonder the fish aren’t around. The boat is great so if you want a nice day in the sun, go for it. But manage expectations on seeing fish.

Thanks for taking the time to share. We are one of the few vessels to provide a freshly prepared BBQ lunch cooked on the boat and served hot off the grill. Big juicy burgers, marinated chicken, hot dogs and the works. We even cook up a bunch of veggie burgers. I've been in the islands over 40 years and have learned that fish behavior and density is driven by a number of factors, (including weather), and changes quite regularly. I'm sure you've read other reviews from other guests who've snorkeled in the same location you visited, who boasted how many fish and turtles they encountered. While we cannot predict the marine life activity at any location on a specific day, we are fortunate that our reefs are teeming the vast majority of year.

The crew on Pride of Maui went the extra mile. They had great attitudes and excellent service. Food was awesome. I’d 10/10 do this tour again.
