It was a great experience, it was beautiful! The only thing is I don’t believe they took us to turtle town for the second location we were just next to the highway and didn’t get to see any turtles what so ever so that was a little disappointing for me but everything else went as promised.

I am glad you found the reef and marine life to be beautiful. Turtle sightings at many of our second stops are routine, including Coral Gardens where you likely visited based on your review. Unfortunately, they are wild animals and though we do spend time with the Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles quite regularly, there are those days when they may be at a different location on the reef. I am glad you felt that we delivered as promised, and please remember we don't "promise" turtles, as that would just be just a bit too much ,though as noted by many other guests sighting are quite routine.
